Bee Notes: I have loved and collected bees for quite some time.
(Approximately 13 years). It started when I was in 5th grade. There were two
other kids named Ashley in my class (one boy, one girl). Our teacher called us
Ashley M., Ashley C., and Ashley B. (me). One day, I'd had about enough of it,
and asked her, "Why do I have to be Ashley B. all the time?!" My teacher's
response was to from that point on, only refer to me as B. My friends quickly
began calling me 'bee,' and it became my new nickname. Because of the nickname,
friends and family all began buying me bee-utiful bee items: plush bees, school
supplies, clothes, figurines, dishes, etc. I have quite the bee collection. I
will add some photos soon.

Pouncy: My former cat,
Pouncy, had feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), the cat version of AIDS.She
was diagnosed with FIV on November 4, 2004. She lived a wonderful life and died a few months shy of her 20th birthday. I miss her. :( Luckily, I have an amazing new kitty named Annabelle. :)
